Understanding Kingdom Migration in Rise of Kingdoms
Kingdom migration allows you to relocate your city and account to a different kingdom. Whether you are looking for a more active alliance or a fresh start, here is everything you need to know to navigate the process.
Essential Requirements
Before you can migrate, you must meet the following criteria:
- Passport Pages: You need a specific number of Passport Pages based on your total power:
- Under 10M Power: 1 Passport
- 10M–25M Power: 2 Passports
- 25M–50M Power: 6 Passports
- 50M–100M Power: 12 Passports
- 100M+ Power: Scaling up to 75 Passports
- Kingdom Age: Migration is subject to the age of the target kingdom; older kingdoms are generally more accessible.
- Regional Restrictions: You can only migrate within your designated game region.
- City Status: All troops must be returned to your city, and you must leave your current alliance before initiating the move.
How to Migrate: Step-by-Step
- Access the Map: Open the Kingdom Map and tap the globe icon.
- Select a Kingdom: Browse the available kingdoms within your region.
- Check Restrictions: Review the target kingdom’s specific migration rules, including power caps and age requirements.
- Initiate Move: Click the "Immigrate" button on your chosen kingdom, confirm the passport cost, and finalize the process.
Important Considerations
- Data Reset: Alliance credits and individual credits will reset upon migration. Event progress from your previous kingdom will not carry over.
- Retained Assets: You will keep all your commanders, equipment, and resources.
- Cooldown: There is a mandatory 30-day cooldown period between migrations.
Pro-Tips for Migration
- Timing: Aim to migrate shortly before a Kingdom vs. Kingdom (KvK) event concludes to ensure you are settled in time for the next season.
- Research: Always check the kingdom rankings and active alliance recruitment boards to avoid moving into a "dead" kingdom.
- Communication: Reach out to the leadership of the target kingdom’s top alliances before moving to ensure you have a spot waiting for you.
